Dr. Teresa McAllister, Senior Pastor

Pastor Teresa founded Rapha Ministries in 2003 as a platform to teach about the "preventive medicine" of God's Word. As a military spouse, she understands the unique needs of the military community she has lived in for over 30 years. With over 43 years in ministry and 17 years serving in the pastorate alongside her husband, she is now leading this ministry distinctively equipping us to impact the world with the love and language of God!

Co-Pastor Alfonza McAllister

Co-Pastor "Al" is a leader with essential experience.  He brings to our ministry nearly 2 decades of pastoral leadership and skillful Bible teaching, combined with the trustworthiness of managing multimillion-dollar ministry finances and assets.  He served in the U.S. Army for 22 years and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Three.  His love for God's people is evident in everything he does.

What We Are About

RMFC is about teaching families what the Bible says about the issues of life, and being made whole physically, spiritually and emotionally. This encompasses knowing how to live out one’s life as God intended it in every area: family, marriage, individual living, finances, and health.  We want to help you develop the fruit of the Spirit and your spiritual gifts, understand doctrine, and identify your place of work in ministry.  Ultimately, we are spreading The Good News about Jesus Christ to the community.

What We Do

Making A Difference

Outreach

"Partnership360 Community Development Corporation" is our nonprofit outreach arm. Our food pantry operates every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 9-11am at 2406 Southern Ave. in Fayetteville, NC. In the summer we host a family enrichment event, to include tutoring for grades K-5. With our ministry vision in mind, we also partner with other ministries' outreach programs beyond our four walls to strengthen and broaden our community impact.  Contact us to learn how you can support our efforts of "loving our neighbor as ourselves".

Youth Group Programs

Our ministry to the youth is led by Youth Pastor Stephanie White and her staff, with the objective of assisting them in every arena of their lives so they become adults who know how to serve Jesus, even when the world says they can’t.  Through tried and tested methods as well as leading technology, each ministry experience is designed to connect your child to Jesus through the Word, Worship, and Prayer.

Discipleship

Our services are held on Sundays at 8:45 am and our "Talk That Heals" Bible Study is held on Wednesdays at 7pm.  With our mission of evangelizing and reconciling the unchurched back to the church, Senior Pastor Teresa and Co-Pastor Al McAllister ensure that each time we meet we are taught to rely on and put into practice our logo statement, "Talk That Heals" and our motto, "You Matter".  As disciples (followers) of Jesus Christ, we use language toward one another that expresses the heart of God.
